Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the return is caused by our error, we will send you a prepaid return label and offer an exchange or refund. If the return is not our fault, either for an exchange or for a refund, you will have to pay for the return shipping of the item.
Missing Packages or Delivery
If your delivery is late and you have not received the package, please give the carrier a few extra days before worrying. We have noticed that deliveries can be delayed due to weather or other issues. Please contact us if you have any problems. If after a period of time and the package does not arrive, we can offer a replacement or refund. If the package shows a delivery from the carrier, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. But please reach out to us.
We Screwed Up and Sent the Wrong Item
If we shipped the wrong item or size we will offer a replacement with free shipping or a full refund. We will also send a prepaid return label and bag for the return of the incorrect item. With ofcourse our apologies for the inconvenience.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another size, send us an email or give us a call. We do not pay shipping for swapping sizes, unless it was our error. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was our fault. Please call our store at 443-251-4418 or send an email to [email protected] to receive an assigned Return Authorization Number (RMA#). A prior Return Merchandise Approval must be authorized by us for the return of your item. You should send your item(s) to the following address with the assigned Return Merchandise Approval Number (RMA#) listed on the label:
